Talal A. Fram
Talal began his career in accounting as an internal auditor for BorgWarner Inc. in Auburn Hills, MI, in 2014. From there, he transitioned to Grant Thornton in Southfield, MI, accepting an offer to join the Federal and State-and-Local tax teams as an associate in 2016. After working in public accounting at Grant Thornton for over two years, Talal made the decision to open Fram & Fram in 2018. He envisioned opening an all-purpose firm that can help individuals and their small businesses, from taxes and bookkeeping, to general tax planning and consultation.

Shadi A. Fram
Shadi began his career as an Assurance Intern with PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Detroit, MI office in January 2014, with a focus on public audits, and shortly thereafter was an Intern with Kaufman Financial Group in Farmington Hills, MI. After completing his Master of Accounting degree in 2015, he began a full time position with PwC. After 2 years of public accounting he decided he wanted to work directly with small business owners. Shadi began working at A & A Management, dealing directly with small business owners. He was involved in all aspects of small business finances, from handling payroll to filing business and personal returns. After years of employment, he decided to go out on his own and joined his brother Talal in growing Fram & Fram. Simultaneously, Shadi acquired his real estate license, grew a property management company, and purchased commercial real estate. Fram & Fram serves hundreds of clients with ownership in real estate, ranging from single family homes to large commercial properties. Their personal background in real estate matters helps them better serve their clients accounting needs from bookkeeping to tax preparation.
